Dizziness for 6 weeks, now headaches, really worrying

It really started about 6 weeks it started with dizziness, slight memory loss and confusion, I went to the doctor who said se thought it wasacute labyrinthitis, I have been back every few weeks and and some of the things I say doubt her original diagnosis, so she has sent me for a load of blood tests, got the results yesterday and they are all clear, which I am upset about, I wanted it to show something so it can be sorted.

They yesterday I had a panic attack, and have had ahead ache all evening, and after a bad night sleep its still there, my head feels all heavy and fuzzy.

I am not due to go back to the doctors till Tuesday.

I am known for worrying and sure the headaches are mainly caused from the worrying, but the little part of me that worrying its something serious is taking control at the moment, and I really don't know what to do. I can foresee a worrying weekend ahead.

When I had PND I manage to convince myself I was dying with something different pretty much every week, but I have been fine for 5 years now, until this.

How is your general health? And do you eat healthily?

I would deal with the headaches first by making sure you take a painkiller at the first sign of a headache. No need to suffer and once it's gone you'll probably feel better about the whole thing and stop focussing on it (which can make it all worse anyway!)

Drink lots, and lots of water.

Take a good multivitamin, and would recommend a vitamin B complex as well. Try Berocca which makes up into a refreshing, effervescent drink. It's good for the nervous system and helps if you're anaemic.

Take up some relaxing exercise - this could just be going for walk or it could be doing Yoga or Pilates.

It's a good sign that the tests are negative!

I'm not doctor, obviously!, but it does sound like you're stressing out about all of this, which isn't going to help you.

general health is usually quite good, before the dizziness started I was going regularly to the gym, and drinking plenty of water.

I have managed to get a doctors appointment today, so hopefully she can pout my mind at rest.
