Dermatitis/scalp psoriasis but also very greasy hair!

Hi, my poor daughter has suffered with scalp dermatitis/psoriasis for years but she also has very greasy hair. She has tried dozens of different shampoos but nothing has helped. Can anyone suggest any shampoos/conditioners that can tackle both problems please? She is currently washing her hair every 1-2 days which I know isn't helping the grease problem but she refuses to go to work with greasy hair as it's very noticeable.

Has she tried SLS-free shampoos, OP? I suffered with awful scalp problems for years, and this is what worked for me.

Philip KIngsley itchy flaky scalp shampoo. This should sort the scalp.

Perhaps she has seborrhoeic dermatitis? Or has she already been diagnosed with psoriasis

If it is Seb Derm an antifungal shampoo should help like Nizoral

I have exactly the same thing... try MooGoo. I use their shampoo and conditioner and also have their scalp balm though I haven't needed it in years. I do occasionally still use a clarifying shampoo because I love that squeaky clean feeling but regularly using the moogoo shampoo means that everything else is under control and I don't flare up if I use something else for a little while/every other wash.
