14 days after period suddenly have quite a bit of brown and pink blood extremely upset and scared

Hello I'm 14 days after the end of my last period and not pregnant according to home pregnancy test.
In Feb I was admitted to hospital with suspected apendicitis however when I had surgery to confirm it was discovered I had internal bleeding into the abdo/ pelvic cavity
I was told I had a ruptured cyst but they couldn't find exactly where it was
I've since had 2 periods regular normal and not painful (this surgery was during period?)

I've been having a couple of twinges but came home from a few days alone yesterday and had sex with husband.
In the morning I was spotting
I have been spotting all day.
Booked to see GP. No spots to see them until like 2 weeks time so scheduled to see paramedic, 6 mins before appt the surgery call and cancel as apparently they don't deal with gynae stuff and it must be a doctor?
I need to see someone tomorrow as I am so scared I have another ruptured cyst.

It's not an emergency if it doesn't hurt is it?
And does anyone know what I should ask for information on?
I have just had sex again and I am bleeding a fair amount and I'm very frightened

I can't tell you what it is but I get it too. It started in my 40s. I just put it down to hormones changing with age.

Im actually so nervous that I was thinking of driving to hospital as I feel I could need a scan

I get this sometimes. Sometimes it’s old brown sludge and others almost like a period that lasts for a day. No idea what causes it but it’s been going on for a few years now.

I'm upset at its 14 days since my period.

And had a very bad ruptured cyst 12 weeks ago which needed surgery and a wash out. There was a lot of blood.
If you have an eptopic pretnancy would it show up on a home pregnancy test?

There are non-worrying reasons why this may have happened, some women bleed after ovulation sometimes and that can be normal in the same way some women feel pain at ovulation. if you have had a ruptured cyst then if you ovulated from near the rupture I can see why this would be more blood.

Obviously talk to a doctor but there is no reason to panic.

It could also be implantation bleeding, of course, you will only know that if you have a positive pregnancy test in a couple of weeks.

I've been away for a week though and we use the withdrawal method ... which doesn't mean anything!! However we have used it for 5 years and I have one child which was planned
Didn't have implantation bleeding with him.
Does it go on for a few days?

What about a pregnancy test for an eptopic is there enough hormone to show it? I don't want it to get out of hand if that makes sense.

I think it's a cyst to be honest with the fact that I had one before and recently and it's unlikely I'm pregnant

Pretty sure ectopic shows up on a HPT. Have you had a smear test yet? Bleeding between periods and/or after sex can be from your cervix rather than your uterus. Did you have the HPV vaccination as a teenager?

So I had 3 negative hpt one of which was done at Gps
The urine dip was clear
I didn't have the HPV vaccine but I had a smear test last year and all was normal.
I also didn't have HPV in my last Sexual Health check which was last year and my husband and I have been in a monogamous relationship since we got together over 5 years ago. He also does not have HPV

I've asked for bloods to check hormone levels and the GP will book me a scan.
I'm quite shocked but she did say that actually it's ok to have a one off bleed it is if it happens again.
I've just come off quite a lot of medication and maybe this is linked although none of it was hormonal.

I've been bleeding for 8 days now
The GP doesn't seem concerned and felt a feel of my abdo was adequate last week?

I asked for bloods and a urine dip
Will get bloods today but urine clear and wasn't pregnant
But the bleeding got heavier since seeing them
And it hasn't stopped
That's honestly longer then my period

I feel I need more investigations I am so scared

I am only 25
