is it possible for extreme fatigue to be linked to chemo years previously?

I get periods of fatigue which I can only compare to the fatigue I felt when I was having chemo 15 years ago for an invasive trophoblastic tumour. I had 9 months of treatment - Methotrexate daily injections for 6 months, followed by Actinomycin D for 3 months. I am on lifetime follow up (tests twice a year)

I've had blood tests for thyroid function etc, and sometimes get low in iron but the only thing that stood out as unusual was that I have low sodium levels.

It just struck me today as dh told me to go to bed, as I could barely keep my eyes open, that when i feel this tired it is just the same sort of buzzy headed, lead limbed knackeredness I felt back then.

Does anyone know if it would be possible for this to be linked after such a long time?

Did they test your potassium levels?

Or B12/folate?

I don't know, but an ex-colleague works here (you can self refer)
Fatigue is an issue, post cancer treatment, but maybe you need to look into other factors first. Good luck, chronic fatigue is miserable

I'm only 5 years post chemo but definitely feel i don't have the stamina i used to. People put it down to age (i just turned 40) but i'm sure its from the chemo. I'm sure the chemo has long term effects like fatigue - it cured me, but not without a whole host of other problems I've suffered from since.

I'm sure it can be linked to the chemo, my dd has B12 , iron and folic acid deficiency after her chemo and this combined with the chemo fatigue has knocked her for six.
Maybe get some more bloods done?
