Itchy patches of dry skin on underside of boobs

I'm breastfeeding at the moment and have noticed that the skin on the underside of by boobs, just below the areolas, has become itchy and is a bit dry/scaly/pink. I've tried moisturising but that hasn't helped. Has anyone had this? Is it eczema?

Always get checked by a doctor.

Having said that, is it possibly thrush under the breast?
