tingling/pins and needles in left arm

hi all, left arm tingling/mild pins and needles all of yesterday and today. No slurred speech, confusion.

It's definitely not me sleeping on it heavily (I tend to sleep on right hand side). Had a heavy sesh on Sunday (unusual these days), but I would have thought any effects from that would now be gone.

Any thoughts on what it might be?

I had this when I had trapped a nerve in my neck. Several sessions with the physio later,all was fine. It had been an ongoing problem I had been ignoring, but the pins and needles did scare me into going to see the GP at last.

thanks @milkmoustache. I've just got back from my GP who thinks the same thing. She's going to send me for blood tests also, in case it's anything else (vit deficiency etc.)
