I’ve been checking my blood pressure at home with a machine from Boots as instructed by the GP (seem to have developed white coat syndrome) and have noticed there’s usually 15-20 points difference between arms (left higher). Now I’ve scared myself by googling it and reading that such a large difference can be linked to furred up arteries in the side of the body with a higher reading
. I will mention it next time I find myself needing to see a GP, but does anyone have any words of reassurance in the meantime??
