Did anyone see it this monring, they had tips for hayfever sufferers. Some i know-some i didn't

Not drying your clothes outside in the summer helps as pollen spores don't get trapped in the fabrics!

Washing your hair when you get in gets the pollen spores out that will go on to aggrevate you all evening..there weer af ew others too but can't remember now.

You lot probably all know this though, i am new to hayfever and found it interesting!

I have only had hayfever for the past 4 years, i get conjunctivitis with it too. But this time, i am pregnant and all i have had is a few sneezes and a runny nose now and then. Hope that'll be it now. Had to get my tablets from dr cos piriton and such didn't work.
