I’ve had lower back/pelvis pain on and off for years on one side. Worse the more I exercise. My right side of the pelvis audibly clunks when I straighten my leg from a bent position.
I’ve seen a physio and am doing loads of exercises, clam shells, curtesy lunges, strengthening my glutes. I’m in the gym a lot and do body pump and a core class.....have just started body balance.
Has anyone had this and how long did it take to sort? I don’t feel I’m improving.
