I'm currently doing a frozen ivf cycle and had my embryo transfer today.

I've been taking Progynova to build up my lining, 3 x a day orally & 2 x vaginally.

The problem is that I can't remember if I took my evening tablet or not.

Is it better to take one in case I didn't take it earlier - or miss it?

I'd normally take it at 6pm.

Help please I'm panicking!

Can you count them to work backwards and see if you took it? I have done that in the past when I wasn't sure.

Hello! I have transfer yesterday and am currently on 3 x progynova orally and 3 x cyclogest rectally.
Do you take all of your progynova at once or at separate intervals? And I wasn't aware there was a vaginal progynova.
Happy to try and help but just want to work or exactly what you've been prescribed first x

I'm not on my first pack and was prescribed an odd number on both packs so i can't count backwards unfortunately :(

I'm on 1 x Progynova orally 3 x a day
And 1 x Progynova vaginslly 2 x a day.

Also on utrogestan pessaries 2 x twice a day..

Obviously I'm no doctor but if it is just 1 progynova tablet then I would take it, even if it ends up being an additional tablet. Some of the ladies at my clinic have been prescribed 4 - one of them requested it herself as they said that's fine.
