My DM has just been diagnosed with breast cancer, sadly. She has booked a holiday which has now had to be cancelled. DM had only paid the deposit, but paid it with her credit card.
Does anyone know if she has an recourse for claiming the money back from her credit card?
DM does have travel insurance, but it's 20% administration fees, which obviously is better than nothing but she thinks she may be able to do it through the CC.
