Feeling weird and funny tummy pain

All day I've been feeling weird...vision going a bit off, felt a bit like I've been floating (I know that sounds weird), and in the last hour or so I've been having tummy pains, kind of under boob/rib area but stomach pain (definitely not hurt ribs if you get what I mean).......
Yesterday I removed one washing machine, and fitted another one, all on my own but didn't hurt myself, pull anything or feel anything give...I always keep track as I have a connective tissue disorder......
The pain in my tummy is concerning me, and also freaking me out slightly as I can only compare it to contraction type pain in the sense of when the pain comes it feels constrictive and the air goes out of me. (Btw I'm not pregnant as I have a coil just to be clear)
I don't know what's going on.....I'm really hoping it goes off.....but I don't know. Any ideas....either as to what it could be, or how I can ease it?? (I take painkillers anyway for my disorder, but they aren't taking the pain of this) x

Trapped wind?

Or costocondritis?

Either way, hope you feel much better soon, OP.

I'm not sure of trapped wind, I usually get pain in at the back under my ribs, next to my spine when it's that.
What's the other one? I've never heard of that....
And thank you, I hope it doesn't continue for long. Have two toddlers to look after and no help. X

Costochondritis is inflammation of the cartilage that connects your ribs to your sternum. If it is that it can be very painful so GPs usually prescribe some painkillers.

Ahhh ok, I'll have to have a look at that one. Still feeling uncomfortable but I'm trying to distract myself. It's not working lol x
