Are growing pains real !!!!!!!!!!!!

DS who's 2.5 wakes up screaming that his feet hurt and I mean screaming he was nearly sick at 5 this morning with the pain

Is it just growing pains or should I see GP.

It might be an idea to see the GP to put your mind at rest.

That said I had horrible growing pains as a child. Dd gets them too.
