My 11 month old has had diarreah for a week.Not sure if its a bug or a combo of him taking antibiotics,new foods,and getting over a sinus infection.What can I feed him to clear this up?

Last weeek,but it wasnt a concern then.Someone said to go ahead and give him fatfree milk,but he hasnt started milk yet.He will be a year in a couple of weeks.The Dr mention lactose free formula but Ihate to buy one when he will be off of formula soon

The world health organisation advises to let your lo's continue eating and drinking when they have diarreah and vomiting so I guess just diarhea would be the same. This could be a reaction to antibiotics however I would take a stool sample to the docs just incase. Chronic diarhorea can cause electrolite disturbance so you really need to get medical advice.
