Since a few days ago I have noticed very hard balls on the back of my neck on the left hand side. They go from my hairline and down my neck. About 3 of them. They are like the silver balls you can get to decorate cakes, maybe slightly bigger. The area around them is very painful and it's difficult to move my neck in certain directions. Looking up is fine but looking down or to the right is very painful. I did have sore ears a few days ago. I have felt a little dizzy (and have sore joints could be unrelated) but otherwise no real symptoms. Should I be worried? It started with 1 lump then the other 2 appeared
