Sounds a bit grim popsy.

This is both knees, yes? So not an injury as such. I used one similar to this as a teenager. I had ongoing knee problems due to too much netball - decent shoes then were Dunlop Green Flash lol. The only thing I found was that the support made me more 'aware' of it somehow. Hence I favoured it and put more pressure on the other one.

Are you having rest days from your running? Do you take any supplements - glucosamine is good? And it would probably be good to think about some general leg strengthening exercises, to stabalise your knees joints.

You could have a look around on here too

Knee problems abound in this house. Dh isn't running at the moment because of his (and is miserable as sin) and dd is waiting to have some pins out of hers. Mine are just old and creaky.

It is both knees yes,

I do have a history of knee problems, one of which is chondromalacia patallae which i have just discovered is a typical running injury..
It doesnt feel like that though - it is right inside the joint. Have taken some nurofen.

Yes I am having rest days but i am also teaching dancing again after a long long break - tapping is bad for the knees. This came on after running though......

Think I probably just have a general weakness
