So last Thursday I noticed a gland in my throat was tender, by Friday morning it was replaced by cold symptoms and a blocked ear. Saturday those had lessened slightly but now I've got a very upset tummy (sorry for the tmi) and feel ridiculously spaced out and weak. I've not been able to go out for two days. I don't feel at all "with it" iykwim.
I'm a lone parent of a young baby (3mo) and to make matters worse he's due to have an op tomorrow for a hernia.
Does anybody have any idea what this could be / has had similar? I'm worried about passing it on to my LO as his op could be delayed if he shows any symptoms of being sick/having a cold.
We've both already had a viral infection in early Feb. Bless him.
I can't get a doctors appointment for a few days :(
