My 10 month old DS has had Calpol when can he have a dose of Calprofen?

Not till 4 hours later at least as both contain paracetamol I think

Is Calprofen just Ibuprofen? If so then you can give it at any time. A couple of hours later means that the pain relief is more constant, though.

Calprofen is ibuprofen so yes, you can alternate them.

Calprofen containd ibuprofen, not paracetomol. It's best to try and alternate calpol followed by calprofen, every three hours. But if calpol hasn't worked at lowering a baby's temperature, then you can give calprofen at the same time.
