DD (nearly 6) has not lost any of her baby teeth yet. But there is a new tooth coming through the gum just behind the bottom front ones. the old teeth arent loose.

Will the teeth loosen by themselves, or will she need to see a dentist and have them removed? I sort of assumed that the bnew teth pushed the old ones out of the way, so if one comes through elsewhere, surely that wont happen?

ds 5.6 had wobbly bottom teeth for nearly 3 months. He wouldn't help wobble them though. I was so concerned because his big teeth were also growing quite rapidly behind the baby teeth. As it turned out he was due a checkup. The dentist said he could either take the baby teeth out, or wait for them to fall out on their own. DS decided to let the Dentist do his job and take them out.

ds1 is over 6.5 and only just lost his first tooth and the same way as yours, the big tooth came up first and forced the baby one out.
