Can anyone advise me on symptoms?

I know I know.... Go to a doctor. I am on Thursday but my mind is racing .

I look pregnant. I am fat, but there now seems to be almost two stomachs, the fat one below the waistline and a bloated distended one above it. Stomach is not hard.

Intermittent blood when wiping. Not on period, doesn't happen often.

Very dodgy Stomach, can't eat without running to the loo shortly.

Mild incontinence. Have wet myself in public a few times and rarely make it to the bathroom on time. Underwear constantly wet.

Sharp intermittent pains up my back or in my side. Sometimes feel a ripple in my stomach and can only liken it to a baby kicking.

Exhausted all the time but have arthritis so that is a factor.

Hair is in shit and lost a lot from hairline which is now receding.

If I Google, im either healthy or dead. But do these symptoms add up to anything or are they all just Individual issues.

Also def not pregnant. Had sex in December and negative tests by me and by the hospital for my monthly arthritis check up.

Really sorry not sure what to advise other than to see GP. Bleeding may be piles? Have you kept a note of food eaten and see if there’s a link?

Marjie3 · 09/04/2018 08:39

Could be IBS. If it is, the GP won't be that helpful - in my experience.
Sounds also like you could do with a liver cleanse. Worse after Xmas could be due to overeating/drinking.

Stress? It can mimic most things

FlaminYon · 09/04/2018 09:14

Kidney infection?

FlaminYon · 09/04/2018 09:15

Are you sure where blood is coming from?

Hogtini · 09/04/2018 10:13

Do you have a fever? Unexplained weight loss?

Hypermice · 09/04/2018 10:34

IBS, piles, diverticular disease, polyps, food intolerances (yes they can pop up in adulthood) or GI cancer (although this is NOT the most likely outcome so please don't panic.) fibroids, cervical erosion, prolapse, rectocele... could be anyone of a number of things.

You need some bloods, a full GI workup and a full gynae workup.

Do not bugger about with ‘cleanses.’ That’s just hokum. There’s absolutely zero evidence that cleanses do anything at all.

Thanks all. It's good to get replies. Im.not stressed, well no more than the next person!

The blood is coming from the front def but it's so intermittent I never saw it as a sign for much.

I think the fact that in overweight could contribute to it but today for example I've pains that come sharply then dull around the groin area. It stings to touch my stomach and if I suck my stomach in there is a hardness above my belly button which I don't know if it's normal.

I'm not usually one for asking the internet I've just panicked I think.

How old are you?

The bleeding could be perimenopause depending on your age.

You need to see your GP. Worst case it could be ovarian cancer. This is a brilliant website. www.ovacome.org.uk/information/symptoms-of-ovarian-cancer/

I'm not trying to frighten you at all, but when you see your GP if they palm you off with an 'Oh it's just IBS...' you must push for investigations (scans etc) with a specialist.

It could be IBS, thyroid issues (hair loss and weight gain, and tiredness) but you need to see your dr asap.

SnipSnipMrBurgess · 09/04/2018 17:12

Im 37, it could be menopause?

Hypermice · 09/04/2018 17:18

It could be yes but it is VITAL that they actively rule out ovarian cancer, even though it’s one of the less likey outcomes.

LemonysSnicket · 09/04/2018 18:33

Bless you that sounds hard.
Age,weight and type of diet would help to try to offer diagnosis.
Could be as simple as constipation and a UTI

Hogtini · 13/04/2018 07:04

How did you get on yesterday OP?
