Ive been mirena coil since dec 04... does this caused me boobs to feel sssoo sore and tender literally all the time

about 3 weeks out of 4. my boobs kills me and feels sssooo heavy, i cannot have my partner touching it. (Must be a monthly thing as i dont have periods full stop) but i do take evening primrose oil.

Biglips I have the same problem, I was told to double the dose of epo, can't remember the exact dose, will check when I'm at hpome, but it's worked for me.

I had this for ages out of the blue (though not on contraception). I've been on vitb6 and evening primrose for a month and has gone now!

ive started to take evening primrose oil caps properly for the past week and its slowly getting better

Biglips the epo dose I take is 1300mg once a day, as recommended by breast cancer specialist. I get them from Holland & Barrett

im taking 1000mg atm as that seems to work well for me and yes i got mine a massive tub for £12.00 from H&B
