DD2 says 'mum my thumb hurts' I had a look and OMG

the thumb was completely popped out of joint. says she did it at nursery this morning. been down A+E, no damage but she did successfull pop it in and back out in front of the doc. havent put it i na sling, cast, support or anything as she isnt in pain

Reminds me of when I was 11, fell over in the playground and hurt my wrist. My mum thought I was making a lot of fuss about nothing. After 4 days, it wasn't any better, so Mum sent me to the GP who sent me to the hospital - turned out I had fractured it and they put a plaster of Paris on it for 4 weeks! I had been walking aroud for 4 days with it fractured, and it was so painful I had trouble tying up shoelaces or anything which involved putting pressure on the wrist or turning it over, but everyone thought I was just making a fuss LOL.

we made out brother walk home after he jumped off the underpass. thought he was joking, mum didnt belive him for a few house, turned outhis chipped his heel. oops!

oh she did it again this morning [barf]

had to tell her nursery to keep an eye onm her.
