For several years every so often I get an ache at the bottom right of my back and when I touch it I can feel a sort of grisly lump under the skin which moves about a bit if I rub it.
I've been to the doctors about it years ago and they said it's nothing, but I just wondered what it could be. It's there at the minute and I can't get comfortable sitting down and it's making my right leg feel really restless. I did wonder if it's hormonal but I don't think it happens every month. Any ideas? And what can I do to stop it aching, Ibuprofen doesn't seem to be working.
