DS (10 weeks) keeps being sick

Tried calling the HV but she's out, so it's Mumsnet to the rescue! Have also posted this in Breast & Bottle Feeding.

DS (10 weeks) has, in the last couple of days, started being sick quite a lot after BFing... this morning he has got through three clean tops already! It's proper 'sick' sick, with lumps in (sorry if TMI), rather than posset. He sometimes cries a bit before puking but is otherwise happy and smiley (no other signs of abdominal pain or anything).

We have just stopped giving him Infacol which he'd had for colic since 2/3 weeks, could this be the cause? Has anyone else had a baby that was sick after they stopped using Infacol? Or could he maybe have reflux which the Infacol was stopping?

Also we have had quite a lot of green poos in the last few days, not sure if this is related at all.

Am I just worrying about nothing (as he shows no other signs of being ill) or should I whisk him to the docs?

My DD now 16 weeks has similar funnily enough possibly around same age, like yours she wasn't too unhappy, I'm a bit of a leave them to it unlees they're really evidently ill, and she came through it without a problem. I ff and we got the green poo thing too so i knew it wan't a change in diet, I have 2 others and strongly suspected it was either a bug they'd brought home from school and pre school or possibly something unsavoury they put in her mouth - yes i know!!! It's always worth keeping an eye but if he is apparently otherwise well, no temp or worrying rashes don't worry, although the HV and GP wo't be cross if you are concerned. Good luck.
