Funny little headaches since fever

Hi all,

First off, I have anxiety and I think that is relevant.

I took suddenly unwell a week ago. Developed a headache quite quickly, followed by fever, urge to vomit and use the toilet but never came to that. Took paracetamol and it passed.

The suddenness and intensity of it gave me a fright however and despite being on sertraline for depression and anxiety, I began feeling anxious again.

Over the last week since then, I have had odd 'baby' headaches as such. Mostly around the left bridge of my nose and brow. Sometimes down my left temple. Feels better if I put pressure on the bridge of nose.

I do not usually get headaches at all and whilst I have got a grip of the anxiety, when I feel these weird headaches starting, I get tense. This morning my nose feels stuffy and dry.

I do not have any other symptoms. No runny nose, no cough, no vomiting or the runs. Lack of appetite but that's normal when I am having periods of anxiety.

Yesterday was a good day, I felt okay, ate better and was on top of the anxiety. Then around 9pm in the evening, a headache hit and stayed until I went to sleep.

I feel that I don't usually get headaches at all and it's upsetting me that after a week they are still happening but I don't know the cause and my doctor has said they don't sound like anything serious.

Can anyone relate to this?

The pressure on the bridge of your nose, and a stuffy nose could mean a sinus infection? That could cause headaches too.
There are some weird viruses going round at the moment.
