Recently I've been excessively eating sweets and more so chocolate and drinking to much coffee .also I was thinking of limiting the amount of dairy .

So I'm making a start. My doesn't think I'll be able to cut the chocolate out but i am determined .
I'm sick of the amount of sugar in things .
What will you be giving up for lent to improve your health ?

Cutting back sounds positive OP but Lent is nearly over!

Well you won't have to last long. Lent ends today.

Lent is over?

myrtleWilson · 29/03/2018 08:04

How did you manage Op?!

PinkBuffalo · 29/03/2018 21:35

Bless you OP. Lent starts the day after pancake day, and ends at Easter.
But don't let that stop you from giving something up for a while to make you feel better.
Maybe give yourself a target... Say two weeks to start with? Then see how you go from there.
Good luck!
