My GP started prescibing me co-codamol to try and stop them but mine has progressed to full on migranes so I'm now on sumatripan succinate to stop attacks.
Still get the occasional tension one but they are managed with the co-co.

have you tried 4head. You can get it in Boots and Superdrug and it's brilliant at getting rid of headaches naturally!

Sorry to hear about this YG
Are tension headaches in the usual place (just above eyebrows)? Just wondered as I've been aching at the base of my head - sort of just abve my neck. It often feels okay until I satnd up, sit down, move position. Am I going mad or does anyone know what I'm on about...

Have you tried Syndol tablets? You can buy them over the counter at pharmacy and I've found them good for tension headaches
