booking a smear test...

are these done at family planning clinics or at the surgery? i've not had one in the UK before... thanks.

I booked mine with the practise nurse at my GP's.Does your GP have a practise nurse? I hate the smears, mine is 3 mths overdue, but i am too aware of problems to put it off....they joys of being a femail...at least its back to every 3 years at the moment!!

either . Your fpc might have a Well Woman clinic or the practice nurse can do it at gp surgery.
