how uickly should prednisolone get to work on a chest infection. she has had 3 days worth and i'm still givving her 6-10 puffs of ventolin every 2-4hrs + atrovent, becotide and singulair

I was always told 6 hours to see some improvement but is she on abs as well.

yes ali. we have the whole lot. i took her to see gp and her chest has improved we can reduce the pred to 3 tabs tomorrow as she is unbelievably vile on them
