How long a nhs prescription is valid for please.

sorry should of said a nhs perscription for glasses.trying to do to many things at once.

oh that changes things I think most opticians like to have a prescription not more than a year old.

SpecSavers do Glasses every year and contact lenses every 2 years...for lenses you still have to have the standard vision test yearly as well. HTH
