Hi
So today I have started a healthier lifestyle. I have been feeling very unhealthy of late....constant sugar & caffeine cravings, low mood, lack of enthusiasm and motivation, anxious & irritable...the list goes on.
I just wondered if anyone could recommend any supplements/health shots etc that would perhaps lift my mood, boost immune system and general wellbeing?
Obviously my diet will change and will be mostly based on fresh fruit and veg, high protein, little carbs as I also want to lose a bit of weight.
If anyone can think of anything else I could take/eat in order to give myself a boost please let me know!!
I have also joined the gym and went for the first time in years which I'm hoping will lift me a bit!
