Belt for both back and abdomen period pain?

I can't really afford to relax on my period days next to my toddler so was wondering if anyone knows for some belt that can be worn under clothes that warms both back and abdomen?
Trying not to use paracetamol/ibuprofen for everything so I'd really like this method(heat).

Thermacare do a back wrap. Otherwise curaheat and deep heat both do patches, do you could wear two patches?

Oh sorry forgot to mention I'm actually looking specifically for reusable since I need it for every period 🤢
