Sleepy baby - when to be worried?

So my 7 month old normally has two naps during the day for an hour each time. One at 11:30 ish and another about 3pm Ish. But today he had his bottle at about 11:15 and has been on and off asleep since. He has woken briefly when the dog has barked etc but then just goes back to sleep. He doesn't normally do this and a loud bark will make him cry and wake him up indefinitely.

When do you worry about a sleepy baby, is there anything else I should look out for that may indicate he is poorly or heading that way. First time mum and still somewhat clueless. Thanks.

Is he eating more than normal? If so I would say classic growth spurt signs, Dd slept tons when she was having a spurt. Keep an eye on wet nappies and temp, and if that’s all normal I wouldn’t worry.
