My husband worked with Harley Therapy, he will be 10 years sober in a couple of weeks.
Good luck xx

I used to struggle with alcohol, lots of binge drinking. For me it was a way to deal with childhood trauma and understanding that stopped me drinking without really focusing on the alcohol and now I find it really strange I used to drink so much. I think therapists can be helpful but of course it depends on the individual therapist.

I really like the work of Dr Gabor Mate and his take on addiction - this book www.amazon.co.uk/Realm-Hungry-Ghosts-Gabor-Mate/dp/0676977413/ref=nodl_ or he's on various podcasts if you search his name.
