Nausea diarrhoea tummy cramps gas chills

Hi all,

I'm coming up to 11weeks pregs and am experiencing all the above including a strong heartbeat- I've got the chills, no high temp, runs, strong heart beat sensation, no energy at all, nausea- any of this normal for early pregnancy??

It doesn’t sound pregnancy related to me, more likely a virus. But speak to gp if you’re worried, especially re the heartbeat.
