Your recommendations for 'up tempo' tunes for ipods to improve our motivation and pace when running / exercising

I have belatedly got an Ipod and found that it has made a massive difference to my running (it seems more effortless when I have good music to listen to, especially 'up tempo' stuff)...

Here are some of my suggestions for music to 'get your pace up' - what are yours?:

Totally obvious, but when i did a walk through the Gobi desert (about 18k a day for 5 days, then camping) I always listened to Dont Stop Moving sClub7 when I was knackered and got going. Not my cup of tea mind...

Would look a bit wierd running and 'slamming' at the same time!

What,pray is 'slam dancing'?

Difficult to describe...involves dancing very quickly with arms bent at teh elbow, shoulder height, scissoring arms in and out whilst slamming into as many people as possible.
Twas a long time ago, when a bit gothy!
