Your recommendations for 'up tempo' tunes for ipods to improve our motivation and pace when running / exercising

I have belatedly got an Ipod and found that it has made a massive difference to my running (it seems more effortless when I have good music to listen to, especially 'up tempo' stuff)...

Here are some of my suggestions for music to 'get your pace up' - what are yours?:

Yes, franny, black steel very good for pushing yourself hard on the treadmill. Although I do feel like a right twit when I'm singing along (in my head) about 'a brother like myself' in the 'state pen' because they wanted me 'for the army or whatever'. Whereas in fact I'm a slightly overweight white middle class lass from Surrey. Thank God I have yet to start singing it out loud.

I don't know that you can download for free Beety...it generally costs about 79p a tune (unless someone knows something different?)

You can certainly download stuff for free but you need software and a little bit of internet savvy for it

Try isohunt.com and then if they have what you want you can download the BitTorrent client for it
