Dry skin on toes, thick yellow toenails.Warning photo attached.

Hi for some time now the skin on my toes has been extremely dry and my toenails mostly are yellow, thick and brittle, especially my big toe on my right foot. I've attached a photo. I've been tested for a fungal mail infection but it was negative. My feet look so ugly. Had anyone had this with their feet and do you have any suggestions to help improve them? Thank you.

I have that and it’s psoriasis in my nails. Have you or any member of your family got psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis?

Hi, thank you for your reply. I have been reading up on psoriasis in the nails and it looks like that's what it might be, so thank you so much. My GP wasn't very helpful and just said it was dry skin, but I knew it was more than that. I have never had psoriasis anywhere else, but I am prone to contact dermatitis on my hands. None of my family suffer psoriasis or psoriatic arthritis as far as I know. Can I ask you what treatment you have received, if any?
