Poorly after jabs

My poor little dd (14 months) has just had her MMR and pneumococcal (Spl?) jabs at the same time and is really not very well. She has a fever, runny nose and is off her food - she is also teething and has nappy rash (unusual for her!). This is making for very miserable dd and unhappy and sleep deprived parents. Have given her teething powders and tried to get some Calpol down her.
Is this reaction within the realms of the expected - don't recall dd1 having any ill effects from her MMR and the pneumococcal jab wasn't around then - or do I need to start panicing in ernest?

Hi my Ds was fine after the same jabs about 6 weeks ago but last week had some big back teeth coming through and this affected his nappys and his nose:
There are also a lot of bugs doing the rounds again (well in norfolk anyway)
hope this is of some help

the teething is enough for all those symptoms. I know some people say that teething does not cause a temperature, but son had his first febrile convulsion cutting a tooth.

Thanks girls. Her temp seems to have gone down now and she is much perkier - almost her old self apart from looking like her parents do with big rings under her eyes. The tooth seems to be through - hurrah!!!Let's hope for a better night tonight!
