When we had to get one from DD we were given this special srick on plastic bag type thing. You stuck over the bottom area and it caught the next week. The nurse gave us this.

In the end however we found it easy to have DD naked in the house and followed her around with a potty - managed to catch some that way!

Your gp surgery should have 'baby wee bags' - can't remember the proper name, but if you ask for one they'll know what you mean. It sticks around the genitals, catches the wee and then pour it into the sterile bottle.

I spent a whole day trying to 'catch' DS's pee when he was one. A second time the hospital attached a stick-on bag and we had a sample within 5 minutes! Can you ask your GP or hospital for one of these?

I live 30mins from docs and Hospital so I dont think I would get it there in time.
I will just have to keep my eye on him
