I made a more humorous thread in chat about the perils of marble stairs but the pain is getting worse so wanted a bit of advice.
I slipped on the wet marble stairs two hours ago, my legs went out in front of me and I landed square on my bottom. I'm not an inconsiderable size so it would be quite a weight to go down.
Immediately after I was very sore on my tailbone/lower back, and my left hand. My hand is feeling okay now but my back is very sore, from deep in my bottom, tailbone, a lot of my back, neck and my head is killing. My left leg is aching as well.
I'm in a middle eastern country so don't have the option of minor injuries or seeing a GP easily, do you reckon I can get away with rest, ice and naproxen/co codamol which I have at home or do I have to go to the hospital?
