As a result from my daughters guthrie test we have had the devastating news that she has CF. She is 10 weeks old at the moment and is now on permanent antibiotics aswell as vitamins and pancreatic enzymes before each feed.
I have saw that a fund has been set up for charlee for a holiday voucher but was wondering if it would not be better to send the money raised to the CF trust to help find a cure for this awful disease.
Or could another be set up to raise money to help find a cure.
My husband is hoping to do the Great North Runin aid of the CF trust.
Also do people know that they can send in used computer inkjet cartriges to the CF trust and they get £1 for everyone sent. WE have set up collection boxes in a few schools around our town in order to help raise more money. EVERY LITTLE Helps and is a step closer to a cure.
