Are these food poisoning symptoms?

After eating a sharing board thing at the pub last night, I felt a bit sick, stomach crampy etc. Vomited once. Had a bath, early night and felt really poorly all night, barely slept.

This morning, I’m vomiting bright yellow and green bile pretty much continuously. My stomach hurts, my back hurts, I’m hot, shivery...feel like death!

Are these symptoms of food poisoning? The vomiting bile has really worried me!

The bile is because your stomach has nothing in it dehydration as well is a danger. Or it could be a bowel blockage I would recommend gp appointment or 111

Thanks @Quartz2208 - rang 111 because I’m now vomming black liquid and I’ve got an emergency appointment! Bloody typical that’s it’s a day I’ve booked off work, meant to be going away this evening :(
