I feel dreadfully sick all through the day and I throw up at least 2 times, usually in the mornings. This is coupled with feeling starving desperately hungry

cravings, I liked picked gurkins and sweet stuff, so not sure about that, both dds.

I found my old diary I kept while i was pregnant and read it. I couldn't believe I'd lost that weight, I got back to pre pg weight about 34 weeks and then gained an extra 6lb. Weighed less after birth than when I started.

GP told me to drink water and keep taking small amounts of what I fancied. Liked fruit, so that was good.

Second pg was much easier and very different. Put more on with that one..

I threw up in more places than I care to remember. I had to drive with a plastic bag under my seat.

I take a plastic bag everywhere lol

sick today - threw up my lovely lunch of plain baked potato and a yoghurt. had a ham salad and crisp sarnie to replace it and that stayed down, so munching another one now. god it sucks!!!!!!

doing dds dinners and nappy changes are starting to make me heave too!

im going to try a travel sickness bracelet and if it keeps getting worse go to the gp.

Hi, I had terrible morning sickness with both my boys and by the time I had my last child I had to get 3 kids to school and pre-school. I found though by sucking on sour sweets it some how made it more managable. My DS1's teacher always had a bucket ready for me though by the door. I do hope it gets better for you soon.

VoodooMama · 06/05/2007 09:48

its so horrid.

what a great teacher to have a bucket ready!!!! she must have been a girl guide.

I found eating an orange or clementine really helped.

You have all my sympathy, it's horrid.

cant stomach fruit, milk cheese or toast now!! running out of edible foods rapidly...

Ive ordered two travel sickness bands off ebay, hopefully they'll arrive soon...
