3 yr old and still getting teeth??

last 2 days ds been in foul mood, cranky, seems not himself. said yesterday his mouth was hurting, could it be more teeth?

how many does he have? My dd cut her last molar last month, she was cranky as hell...she was 3yrs 3 mths....so if he is missing some it could be. But she also sometimes says her mouth is hurting when she has a sore throat.....easily confused my girl, takes after her daddy

I thought this with my ds3 and asked my dentist how many teeth hes supposed to have. He said 20 which he has. He was dribbling like mad and had a temp and was very very grumpy. Turns out hes got tonsilitis. Check his throat and give him Calpol. Good luck

My dd1 was 23 months old and had not 1 tooth!
Just before her second birthday 8 came through over a weekend,so yes she was deffo still teething at 3.
ds1 is nearly 4 and still has no back teeth.He keeps asking if the tooth fairy will give him some x

hi, thanks for replies! took ds to doctors just to get him checked out, as we're going away on sunday. all teeth present, throat ok, ears ok, so gp put it down to a bit of a virus (as usual!). strange- his poo went green as well?! anyway, seems ok now and his awful mood has gone- thank goodness .
