I can't believe that 5 months after birth and 3 months into regular pilates my tum is still exactly the same size as it was in Jan. The muscles feel stronger, and I no longer have that lava lamp ripple effect when I laugh, but it's still a massive 38 inches (28 inches pre-preg) and bulges out of everything I wear. Anyone have any suggestions which don't involve high-impact exercise, as I'm BFing?
