Ds4, you know that really amazingly cute baby of mine, well he's had diaoreah for almost a month.

This morning my dear friends, at approximatley 0500 hrs he did a poo.

A proper poo that had edges and a shape.

I was so happy that I couldn't sleep and have been rejoicing about his poo since discovering it.

Hallelujah!!

Ain't motherhood the funniest thing.....

A month ... no wonder there are celebrations afoot.

it all started about 3 day after his 1st lot of jabs.

funnily enough his 2nd ones are due today.

we won't be going though.....

(I really cannot believe I started this you know....)

Poo is important.

What you need is probiotics to speed up the restoration of the gut (if you are having the rest of the jabs).

Have you put it in one of those frames on the wall, you know, the ones that normally have dead butterflies nailed to them? A month! That's a long time. Glad it's ok now.

20p, I've changed his milk to one that has prebiotics for that very reason.

I'll get the jabs done next week to give him a chance to get used to proper poo again.

Hooorah! DS had this after Christmas for a month. Oh how I jumped for joy when he actually had A POO, rather than SOME POO.

C'mon, you know you want us all to do a post mortem on it!

well, it's rather squished inside the nappy and poo bag now so no amount of investigation will find the edges now.

You'll just have to take my word for it!

I have a horrid admission to make.

I was beginning to doubt myself and Ds4's poo because its' been so long since I've seen a poo with edges in his nappy.

You know sleep deprivation can do funny things to a person so I thought maybe I'd imagined it or even dreamed this whole episode.

I got the poo bag out of the bin and untied to to check that the poo deffo does have edges.

It does, you'll all be pleased to hear lots of them because it was a whopper!

(sorry...I'm sure you didn't really need to know this)
