Had it since late teens to mid twenties - did a lot of exercise and used to have to strap up my knees.
I actually forgot I had it as I haven't done ANY exercise in so long until the last week when I have begun gentle running (being very sensible btw) and it is starting to return.
I am about to remind myself of the exercises that I used to do but can't remember exactly how to strap my knees. I used to use strips of sticky gauze directly on my knees but that is all I can remember!!
I am going to get a referal to the physio at our gp surgery but it takes 6 weeks...
Anyone out there with any advice?
