can anyone recommend any good ones you can buy over the counter in boots/Superdrug ?wish i could lose some weight, know i am not that over weight at all but as a fitness instructor want to look slimmer/leaner.

I'm pretty sure diet pills don't generally work. Either exercise more, or fiddle with your diet.
