After a bit of advice. My last 2 periods have been extremely heavy. As in sani pads are full after an hour or so and flooding at night. 2 cycles ago I had 1 day of brown discharge or spotting old blood. Nothing last cycle. Today again the same brown discharge. Hardly anything, a little stain on pad and when I wipe. Possibly a little fresh blood but I would say no. Due a period any day but habe pcos so may not be soon, I can never tell. I have been to the doctor and he did an internal examination and all clear. He sent me for an internal ultra sound. All clear. I am up to date with smears though my last one came back borderline no hpv, come back in 3 years. I questioned this with a gynea and they said it's right. Due back in March this year. I have a follow up appointment next week with doc and hoping to have had a period by then to bring it up. What should I ask? I was wondering whether I am going through the menopause. I'm 37, no major symptoms except I am never cold anymore!
I do want this looked into but have a feeling he will say hormones so going a bit armed will help.
